From signing up to getting paid

The process is short, and you follow every stage from the panel.

• Sign up and see the panel straight away — Register as an individual or as a company and add your contact and payment details. The form is short on purpose; as soon as it is done you are in the panel, free to explore the material and the demo accounts.
• Get approved — A short review of who you are and how you plan to introduce Logistivo — it exists because you will be representing us to people who trust you, and because approval is the point where real money starts moving.
• Introduce Logistivo — Share your personal link, or send a named invitation with the company details pre-filled so your contact only has to confirm them. For a serious prospect, a short live walkthrough on the demo accounts usually does the work.

What you get in the affiliate panel

You do not have to build your own deck or track follow-ups by hand.

• Personal invite link and named invitations — Share one short, personal referral link, or send an invitation with the company's details already filled in. Every signup that comes through you is attributed to your account.
• Live status for every contact — Invitation opened, signed up, plan purchased, last activity — each lead's stage is visible at a glance, so you know who needs a nudge today and who has gone quiet.
• Demo accounts with real data — Customer, carrier and customs consultant accounts populated with loads, bids, documents and history. Log in live in front of a prospect and click through the real thing.
• Ready-made presentations — Current decks, price tables and answers to common objections, written per audience and downloadable from the panel. You are notified when new material is published.
• Earnings ledger — Every commission line in the open: which client, which month, which collected payment and which rate was applied. The rate is stored on the line, so past earnings never change.

Demo accounts are refreshed regularly. The data in them is illustrative and does not belong to any real customer's operation.

Your tier is set by the total revenue collected from your portfolio that month, and it applies to every client in it.

Commission follows money we actually collect, not contracts signed. Nothing to chase, nothing to reconcile.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there an approval step, and how long does it take?

You can enter the panel and explore the demo accounts and material the moment you register, but your application has to be approved before you can earn. Approval is how we know who is representing the brand and verify the party we will be paying. Applications are reviewed in order and quickly, and you are notified by email.

What if my prospect signs up through someone else, or is already a Logistivo customer?

Each client company is attributed to exactly one affiliate. Attribution follows the invitation or link they actually used when registering, and it locks on the first collected payment. Companies that were already on the platform before you introduced them cannot be attributed retroactively — so send your own invitation early and watch in the panel for it to be opened.

If my client pays annually up front, do I get the whole commission at once?

No — an annual payment is spread across the twelve months it covers, and each slice is earned in its own month. This keeps the tier calculation fair: a large prepayment does not spike you into a top tier for a single month and drop you back afterwards. Over time it makes your earnings steadier and, usually, higher.

How do invoicing and tax work?

Payouts are only ever sent to an account in your own name or your company's name, never to a third party. What you need to provide on the documentation side — an invoice, a receipt or the local equivalent — depends on your legal status and the country you are registered in. We confirm exactly what is required during approval, well before your first payout. For your personal tax position, please consult your own accountant.
