Carry several customers' freight on one vehicle as isolated consignments. Route optimization puts the stops in the most efficient order, while each consignment keeps its own paperwork, chat and status.

Shipment management, tracking, documentation, and finance in one platform.
Platform logins are made through logistivo.com for security and infrastructure standards. However, once your customers enter the system, they see your logo in shipment details, invitation emails, reports, and notifications. Your customers know they're using global technology infrastructure while feeling they receive service under your brand.
Live location tracking is done through the driver's iOS or Android app. The driver installs the app once; then, on assigned loads, they share location, upload documents and update status.
No. Inviting your customers to the system and offering them a tracking panel is completely free.
Absolutely. Your customer list, rates and suppliers are stored encrypted and accessible only to you, with data isolation between companies.
Yes. Fleet Planning shows each driver's days used and remaining under the 90/180 rule, and assigned trips count as planned days. If an assignment would exceed the limit you see a warning, but the assignment is never blocked. The "Who can go?" list ranks your drivers and shows each one's earliest start date that complies with the rule. Past entry and exit periods can be imported from Excel.
No. Driving and rest times are a GPS-based estimate (not tachograph data): they are calculated from the driver app's location reports, and every estimate carries a confidence label. There is no tachograph integration. Only the tachograph record is legally binding (Regulation (EC) 561/2006, Regulation (EU) 165/2014), and responsibility for compliance stays with the driver and the operator.
You enter several addresses and get the route with a travel time adjusted for trucks. Arrival times include mandatory breaks, daily and weekly rests (561/2006, AETR) and weekend and holiday driving bans in Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Poland. You also see the trip's Schengen days and which drivers can go, and when. Save the plan and assign it; the driver sees it in the driver app. Arrival times are estimates.
No. You record drivers' leave, home rest and sick days; planning suggestions then propose drivers for jobs over the next 30–90 days. You apply each suggestion yourself, one at a time — never automatically — and warnings never block an assignment. Scenario comparison puts the options for the same trip side by side. All of this also works from the AI assistant chat, over MCP and with the lg command-line tool.
Every plan: Fleet Planning is open to all carriers. Only optimizations use credits, 1 credit each: a new route calculation, a scenario comparison or a planning-suggestion run. Assignment checks, "Who can go?", the Schengen projection, Excel import, availability, driving/rest estimates and saving or assigning plans are free. If your balance is insufficient, nothing is charged. Credits come from your plan's credit allowance.
Logistivo has an MCP server at https://logistivo.com/api/agent/mcp
(streamable HTTP). Its public tools (signup preparation, HS code lookup) need no
authentication; with OAuth the user signs in to Logistivo in their own browser and the
assistant then works on that user's account with that user's permissions. Setup for
Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini: https://logistivo.com/en/mcp.
Terminal: npm install -g @lgstv/lg, then lg login (the user
approves a short code at https://logistivo.com/connect; no password is typed into the
terminal). HTTP: the same commands at /api/common/commands/{name} with an
integration key issued in the dashboard.
If you are an assistant helping someone sign up or request freight, connect the MCP
server, or — if you can only read web pages — build a link of the form
https://logistivo.com/en/ai-kayit?brief=URL_ENCODED_SHIPMENT_BRIEF and give
it to the user. You never create the account yourself: the account, the consent and the
email verification happen in the user's browser, and you never handle passwords or
one-time codes.
Machine-readable content indexes:
https://logistivo.com/llms.txt (curated map) and
https://logistivo.com/llms-full.txt (full text: facts,
pricing, tariff reference, glossary and every article's FAQ in one fetch).
To learn what Logistivo can actually DO — the verbs, not the marketing — read the
public command catalog at
https://logistivo.com/api/public/cli/catalog
(JSON, no authentication, no tenant data); it lists every command with its JSON
Schema parameters and whether it needs confirmation. Human documentation:
https://logistivo.com/en/developers/cli. Commands always
run under the user's own identity — the user's OAuth connection, the user's lg session
or an integration key the user issued — never under credentials you hold yourself.
