Driver management dashboard

1. Adding New Drivers

Click the "Add new driver" button. Enter driver's first and last name. The system will automatically generate a unique access link.

2. Link Generation

A unique access link is generated for each driver. You can share this link with your driver via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

3. Status Monitoring

Monitor real-time status of whether the driver has downloaded the app and logged in. Green indicator = Active, Gray = Inactive.

Enable Notifications

  • You can reinstall the app and follow the setup steps on the launch screen. Or:
  • iOS 12.0 and higher versions are supported
  • Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Logistivo → "Always"
  • Settings → Logistivo → Notifications → Enable
  • Finally, close and restart the application

  • Settings → Apps → Logistivo → Permissions → Location → "Allow all the time"
  • Exclude from battery optimization
  • Allow background data usage
  • Finally, close and restart the application
