The logistics assistant that does the work you describe
It opens from every screen of the panel: it creates the load, assigns the driver, reads the document you drop into the chat, issues the invoice, writes the journal entry. Every step that changes a record asks you first. None of the numbers on this page are typed by hand: they are read from the assistant's live command registry on every request. When the registry grows, this page grows with it.
What does the Logistivo Assistant actually do?
The Logistivo Assistant is a chat assistant that runs inside your logistics panel. It turns the sentence you type or speak into one of 112 operational commands that execute with your own permissions, and it does the work on your behalf. It is not a search box or an FAQ bot: it creates records, changes records and produces files.
In logistics software, the work goes into hunting for screens. To change a load's status you have to find the right list, the right row and the right button; to book an expense receipt you first have to remember which menu it lives under. The Logistivo Assistant exists to remove that step: you no longer look for the screen, you state the job in a sentence.
The assistant is not a chat window glued on top of the panel. It runs the panel's own business rules: the same permission checks, the same required fields, the same validations. Every command goes through the gate of the screen that does the same job — so the assistant cannot do what the panel cannot, and it cannot open a record the panel keeps closed to you. That is why the list below is not a promise but an inventory of the work behind those gates.
The sections below show the commands the assistant genuinely carries today, domain by domain; then what it deliberately refuses to do, how your data stays separated, and where its usage lands on your bill.
It answers: “where are my loads in transit”, “what is the total of the invoices issued this month” — the answer arrives in the chat, as a readable table.
It acts: creates loads, assigns drivers and vehicles, places bids, opens a business contact, issues an invoice, writes a journal entry, exports a tender sheet to Excel.
It reads: PDFs and photos you drag into the chat; it books an expense receipt onto a driver account and files a CMR onto the load.
It asks first: each of the 43 record-changing commands shows a confirmation card that spells out what it will do; nothing is written until you approve.
It cannot look at anyone else's data: every command passes the exact same permission gate as the panel screen that does the same job.
How does the assistant get a job done?
Five steps. The third and the fourth are what separate an assistant from “a model that writes text”.
The assistant never starts work on its own. It is not a scheduled job; it touches no record until you write to it.
It opens from the screen you are on — The button at the top right, Ctrl+K on the keyboard, or Help in the menu. Which screen you are on travels with you: while you are on a load's detail page, “attach the CMR to this load” is enough. What travels is the screen's address and the record's code — never the record's content; the server resolves that identity again with your own permissions.
You type or you speak — The microphone button starts recording and you see a live waveform while you talk. Speech becomes text and joins the same flow; a spoken request passes through exactly the same confirmation gate as a typed one.
The assistant finds the record — A load code, a contact name, a plate or a date — the assistant resolves the target itself. When it cannot, it does not invent one: it asks which record you meant. If the target is unresolved, no confirmation card opens at all, because there is not yet a job to approve.
Anything that changes a record shows a card first — All 43 record-changing commands present a card before they run: which record, which field, whether it can be undone, how many credits it will spend. 26 of them are additionally flagged as irreversible. If you do not approve, nothing is written.
The result stays in the chat — The assistant does not send you off to “go to that screen”; it brings the result back. Files it produces — a tender spreadsheet, an export document, an invoice PDF — arrive in the chat behind a signed, time-limited link. If a job runs long you can close the window: it stays visible in the top bar and you get a notification when it finishes.
Which jobs can the assistant run?
The list below is not a marketing promise — it is the assistant's live command registry. The 112 commands across 35 business domains are rendered as sentences written for the user rather than for a product team, and the list grows on its own when a command is added.
Every row carries the permission gate of the panel screen that does the same job. If your role cannot see a command, it is not in the assistant's list either — it will not claim it can and then return a 403.

What does the assistant see for your role?
One assistant, three different command lists. Each list derives from the screens the role actually uses in the panel; nobody can do someone else's job through the assistant.
If your company holds more than one role, the lists merge. Per-user permissions (a user without accounting access, for instance) are enforced again inside each command's own gate.
Shipper — Creates loads, collects bids, follows stock and the invoicing side.
Carrier — Bids on demands, assigns drivers and vehicles, runs trips and paperwork expiry.
Customs broker — Looks up tariffs and anti-dumping measures, checks document consistency, follows client loads.
What will the assistant not do?
What an assistant deliberately refuses matters as much as what it can do. None of the following is a missing feature; each is a decision.
None of these mean “not yet”. Behind each line there is a decision taken so that the person using the product does not get hurt.
It will not show another company's data — Every command scopes its own query to your company, and that boundary is not the assistant's good intentions — it is the same code that protects the panel screen. Even if you know a record's code, the assistant cannot find it when the record is not yours.
It will not open your chat to your colleagues — A conversation is personal: only the user who started it can read or continue it. Another user in the same company cannot list your conversations.
It is closed to driver accounts — The driver app is for documents, statuses and location; driver accounts never see the assistant surface at all. The rule is enforced on every chat endpoint, not merely hidden in the interface.
It will not change a record without approval — The confirmation card cannot be skipped on a changing job. There is no bulk “approve everything” shortcut; each job shows its own card.
It will not step outside your permissions — A command outside your role and user permissions never enters the assistant's list: a shipper sees 98, a carrier 96 and a customs broker 69 commands.
It will never ask for a password, a card number or a one-time code — The assistant does not ask for these, and you should not type them into the chat. Payment and subscription actions are absent from its command registry; they run on their own secure screens.
It does not give legal, financial or customs advice — Tariff and anti-dumping answers summarise data compiled from official sources; responsibility for the declaration stays with the broker and the company.
It can be wrong — verify critical decisions on the screen — The assistant runs on a language model and can summarise incorrectly. For any step with money, customs or contractual consequences, confirm the result on the relevant screen.
How is your data kept separate inside the assistant?
The assistant does not work on a separate copy of your data; it reads the panel's own records through the panel's own gates.
How long data is kept, who can access it and how it is deleted are defined in the contractual documents.
One gate only — Every command applies exactly the same authorisation as the HTTP endpoint that does the same job: company boundary, load participant visibility, driver exclusion, document ownership. There is no second “assistant gate” — if there were, the two would drift apart over time.
Context carries identity, not content — The screen you have open reaches the assistant as the record's identity (a code or a number), never as the record's content. The server resolves that identity again with your permissions; what the client sends is not trusted.
Attachments are written to your company — PDFs and images you add to the chat are stored in your company's own space and opened only to the owner of that conversation. When you ask the assistant to show an existing document, the same ownership check runs.
What reaches the model provider — To produce an answer, the text you write, a summary of command results and the extracted content of the files you attached are sent to a language model provider. Credentials (passwords, tokens, one-time codes) never enter that flow.
Usage is recorded on the company ledger — The tokens each turn consumes are written to your company's usage ledger. That ledger is the billing source and it is visible in the panel. Logistivo does not additionally move conversation content into a marketing or model-training pool.
What does using the assistant cost?
The assistant is included in your package: the conversation itself is metered in tokens, every 1,000,000 tokens equal 1 credit, and only 6 of the 112 commands additionally spend package credits.
Packages and their credit allowances live on the pricing page; the assistant is not a separately purchased module.
The conversation: tokens — Your question, the assistant's answer and the command results are measured in tokens. Once 1,000,000 tokens accumulate, 1 credit is deducted from your package; the remainder is not lost and carries into the next month.
Commands: most are free — Of the 112 commands, 6 spend a credit in their own right (a tariff lookup that reaches official sources, for example). The rest spend no package credit — doing the same job by hand in the panel does not either; running it from the assistant costs nothing extra.
Your spend is visible — The usage chip in the chat header carries the period's token and credit totals, and shows how far you are from the next credit.
The card says so upfront — If a command is going to spend credits, the confirmation card says so before you approve. There is no surprise deduction.
Where can you reach the assistant?
One assistant, one command registry. You start the conversation in the panel and can run the same work programmatically from a terminal or from your ERP.
Web panel — The button at the top right, Ctrl+K, or Help in the menu. The chat opens in a wide window; the screen you are on travels with you and screen-specific ready-made requests are offered.
Terminal and ERP — The same registry is open to the `lg` command-line client and to the HTTP command API; your ERP can do programmatically what the assistant does conversationally.
Can the same capabilities be called from outside?
Yes — and the point is that the surfaces read one registry. When a command is added on the server it appears in the panel assistant, in the terminal and in the external-assistant channel at the same time; there is no maintenance in three places.
`lg --parameter=value` — the client hard-codes no commands, it draws the catalog.
HTTP command API: identity is a real user's personal token, never a service account.
The same confirmation gate for irreversible work, plus idempotency keys that make retries safe.
A separate channel (MCP) with a separate, deliberately narrow permission frame for external assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Logistivo Assistant a chatbot?
No. Chatbots produce text; the Logistivo Assistant creates and changes records. The sentence you write becomes one of 112 commands that run the panel's own business rules, and the result is written to the database. That is exactly why every changing job appears in front of you as a confirmation card before it runs.
Can the assistant show another company's load or invoice?
No. Every command scopes its query to your company, and that boundary is the same code that protects the equivalent panel screen. Even if you know a record's code, the assistant cannot find it when the record does not belong to your company — it will say it could not find it, because within its field of view it genuinely does not exist.
What happens if the assistant creates the wrong record?
All 43 record-changing commands present a card spelling out what they will do before they run; if you do not approve, nothing is written. The card also states whether the job can be undone: 26 commands are flagged irreversible. A record approved by mistake is corrected exactly the way it would be corrected in the panel.
Can my colleagues see my conversations?
No. A conversation is personal: only the user who opened it can read and continue it, and another user in the same company cannot list your conversations. The result of the work — a load created, an invoice issued — is of course a shared company record and everyone with permission sees it.
Does the assistant cost extra?
No, it is included in your package. The conversation is metered in tokens and every 1,000,000 tokens equal 1 credit; only 6 of the 112 commands spend a credit in their own right. When a command will spend credits, the confirmation card says so beforehand.
Can drivers use the assistant?
No. Driver accounts never see the assistant surface; the driver app exists for uploading documents, updating statuses and sharing location. The rule is enforced on every chat endpoint, not just hidden in the interface.
Can I upload documents into the chat and have them processed?
Yes. You can drag and drop several PDFs and photos at once. The assistant reads them and tells you what they are; on request it books an expense receipt onto a driver account or files a transport document onto the relevant load. It can also fetch a document already in the system — again, only one belonging to your company.
Which languages does the assistant work in?
It follows the language of the panel: Turkish and English. Ready-made request sentences, category headings and confirmation cards are written in both, and the assistant answers in the language you write in.
Does the assistant send me to a screen, or does it finish the job itself?
It finishes the job. “Go to that menu” answers were deliberately removed: the result is delivered in the chat, and files it produces arrive as a downloadable link there. If a job runs long you can close the window; it stays visible in the top bar and you are notified when it completes.
Can I run the same jobs from my ERP or from ChatGPT?
Yes — one command registry feeds three surfaces: the assistant in the panel, the `lg` terminal client and the channel external AI assistants connect to. ERP integration uses a real user's personal token, and the same confirmation gate applies there for irreversible work.
Does the assistant work by voice?
Yes. The microphone button lets you speak; a live waveform is drawn while you record, the speech becomes text and joins the same flow. A spoken request passes through the same confirmation gate as a typed one.
For AI assistants
Logistivo has a public MCP server at https://logistivo.com/api/agent/mcp
(streamable HTTP, no authentication). Setup instructions for Claude, ChatGPT and
Gemini: https://logistivo.com/mcp. If you are an assistant helping
someone sign up or request freight, connect that server, or — if you can only read web
pages — build a link of the form

it to the user. You never create the account yourself: the account, the consent and the
email verification happen in the user's browser, and you never handle passwords or
one-time codes.
