On the subscription revenue genuinely collected from the companies you introduced. An issued invoice or a signed contract alone does not create commission; it accrues when the payment is collected. The rate applied is recorded on the commission line at the moment it accrues, so it can never be revised later.

How is my tier set, and does it change month to month?

Your tier is determined by the total revenue collected from your portfolio that month; the current rates and thresholds are shown in the tier table on this page. When your portfolio crosses a threshold, the higher rate applies to all of your clients from that point on. Nothing is recalculated retroactively.

When does the commission window start?

On the day the first payment from that client is successfully collected — not when they signed up, and not when they clicked your invitation. The length of the window is shown in the program terms on this page, and the exact start and end date is tracked per client in your panel.

When am I paid, and is there a minimum amount?

Commission is written to your ledger as payments are collected. It becomes payable after a short holding period, which lets refunds and chargebacks settle first. Once your payable balance clears the minimum payout threshold you can request a payout from the panel. A balance below the threshold is never lost — it rolls into the next request.

Can I join as an individual, and is there a limit on how many clients I can bring?

Both are supported: individuals with a strong network join in their own name, while customs consultancies, carriers and advisory firms join as companies. The commission terms are identical. There is no cap on the number of clients you can introduce — since a bigger portfolio means a higher tier, scaling up is exactly what the program rewards.

What happens if a client cancels or a payment is refunded?

If a client stops paying, commission for the months that follow simply stops, and what you have already earned stays yours. If a specific payment is refunded or reversed, only the commission tied to that payment is reversed and offset against upcoming earnings. The ledger is never erased — the reversal appears as its own line.
