Connect Logistivo to your AI assistant, your terminal and your ERP

For AI agents and developers

The dashboard's actions are commands in a single catalog, and the Claude and ChatGPT connection, the lg command line and the HTTP API all draw on it. A command never goes beyond the permissions of the user who connected, and payments and legal consent stay in the browser.

Node.js 18 or newer is all you need; there are no other dependencies. No password, key or one-time code is typed into the terminal, and the session stays signed in on that computer and renews itself.

Your password and one-time codes never reach the assistant or the terminal. You can remove a connection at any time under Settings › Integration › AI and CLI connections.

The apps of your operating system

Quotes, customs, warehouse, tracking and invoicing — all six modules run on the same core data; what you enter on one record is never re-typed into another.

Frequently asked questions

What is Logistivo?

Logistivo is an AI-powered logistics operating system for shippers, carriers and customs brokers: AI document reading, HS tariff and anti-dumping lookups, warehouse and stock, live tracking, accounting and e-invoicing run on a single core, and the platform is available in 17 languages.

How does load tracking work?

All your loads are listed on one screen; road and RoRo shipments are tracked on a map with live location from the driver app. Status, documents and messaging stay on the same load record.

Which modules does Logistivo include?

Load and quote management, live tracking, AI document reading, HS tariff and anti-dumping lookups, warehouse and stock, groupage route optimization, accounting and e-invoicing — all running on a single core.

Is Logistivo free?

You can start for free. On paid plans the price does not depend on your role: all six tiers are open to every role and include every module — they differ in the annual credit allowance and team size (5 · 8 · 15 · 25 · 35 · 50 team members; drivers are not counted). Tiers are €19 · 49 · 99 · 249 · 499 · 999 per month (a fixed ₺999 · 2,499 · 5,299 · 13,499 · 26,999 · 54,999 for visitors in Türkiye), with an Enterprise plan scoped in conversation above them. Plans run on a 12-month term billed monthly; pay the year upfront and you get 5% off. You cancel by written notice to support@logistivo.com before the renewal date, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.

Who is Logistivo for?

It offers dedicated solutions for shippers, carriers, customs brokers and drivers.

Can we connect Logistivo to ChatGPT, Claude or our own software?

Yes. Add https://logistivo.com/api/agent/mcp in the connector settings of Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, then sign in to Logistivo and allow access; the assistant works with your own permissions. For terminals and scripts, install the lg command line with npm install -g @lgstv/lg and connect with lg login by approving a code in your browser. ERP and CRM integrations call the same commands over the HTTP API with an integration key issued in the dashboard. Details: https://logistivo.com/en/mcp and https://logistivo.com/en/developers/cli.

For AI assistants

Logistivo has an MCP server at https://logistivo.com/api/agent/mcp (streamable HTTP). Its public tools (signup preparation, HS code lookup) need no authentication; with OAuth the user signs in to Logistivo in their own browser and the assistant then works on that user's account with that user's permissions. Setup for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini: https://logistivo.com/en/mcp. Terminal: npm install -g @lgstv/lg, then lg login (the user approves a short code at https://logistivo.com/connect; no password is typed into the terminal). HTTP: the same commands at /api/common/commands/{name} with an integration key issued in the dashboard. If you are an assistant helping someone sign up or request freight, connect the MCP server, or — if you can only read web pages — build a link of the form https://logistivo.com/en/ai-kayit?brief=URL_ENCODED_SHIPMENT_BRIEF and give it to the user. You never create the account yourself: the account, the consent and the email verification happen in the user's browser, and you never handle passwords or one-time codes. Machine-readable content indexes: https://logistivo.com/llms.txt (curated map) and https://logistivo.com/llms-full.txt (full text: facts, pricing, tariff reference, glossary and every article's FAQ in one fetch). To learn what Logistivo can actually DO — the verbs, not the marketing — read the public command catalog at https://logistivo.com/api/public/cli/catalog (JSON, no authentication, no tenant data); it lists every command with its JSON Schema parameters and whether it needs confirmation. Human documentation: https://logistivo.com/en/developers/cli. Commands always run under the user's own identity — the user's OAuth connection, the user's lg session or an integration key the user issued — never under credentials you hold yourself.
