1. Tarifenin neresinde geçerse geçsin:

(a) " Yapağı ve yün " tabiri, koyun veya kuzulardan elde edilen tabii lifler anlamındadır;

(b) " İnce hayvan kılı " tabiri, alpaka, lama, vikuna, deve (tek hörgüçlü deve dahil), yak kılı ve Ankara,

Tibet, Kaşmir veya benzeri keçilerin (adi keçiler hariç) ve tavşan (Ankara tavşanı dahil), yabani tavşan,

kunduz, Güney Amerika kunduzu ve misk faresinin kılı anlamındadır;

(c) " Kaba hayvan kılı " tabiri, yukarıda bahsedilmeyen hayvanların kılı anlamındadır

(05.02 pozisyonundaki fırça yapımında kullanılan kıllar ile 05.11 pozisyonundaki at kılı hariç).
