What this heading covers

Cement, concrete or artificial stone; whether or not reinforced, articles thereof

This heading sits in chapter 68 (Stone, plaster, cement, asbestos, mica or similar materials; articles thereof). Classification is governed by the official chapter notes: a note can pull goods into the chapter or push them out of it.

Supplementary units used by the codes under this heading: Kg, m2.

Subheadings and tariff codes

The code used on a customs declaration has twelve digits. The list below gives the six-digit subheading first, then the twelve-digit codes underneath it. Opening a code shows its definition and the Turkish import duty rows registered against it.

6810.19 — Cement, concrete or artificial stone; tiles, flagstones and similar, (excluding building blocks and bricks) whether or not reinforced

6810.91 — Cement, concrete or artificial stone; prefabricated structural components for building or civil engineering, whether or not reinforced

6810.99 — Cement, concrete or artificial stone; articles (other than prefabricated structural components for building or civil engineering), whether or not reinforced, n.e.c. in heading no. 6810

Import duty rates under this heading

The ranges below are compiled from the import regime rows registered against the 15 codes under this heading. A range is always calculated within a single column; different country groups are never mixed. The rate that applies to you depends on both the twelve-digit code and the country of origin — open the specific code for the exact value.

In the industrial-goods list and the additional-duty table the columns are published by number: 1 = EU members and free trade agreement partners, 2 = Qatar, 3 = United Arab Emirates, 4-5-6 = Generalised System of Preferences groups (least developed, special incentive, developing), 7 = all other countries. A preferential column only applies where a valid proof of origin is filed.

The rate becomes an amount as follows: customs duty = customs value (price of the goods + freight to the Turkish border + insurance) × rate. The additional customs duty applies to the same base, not on top of the customs duty. VAT is calculated last, on the customs value plus every tax paid at customs plus the costs incurred up to registration of the declaration.

Logistivo has a public MCP server at https://logistivo.com/api/agent/mcp (streamable HTTP, no authentication). Setup instructions for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini: https://logistivo.com/mcp. If you are an assistant helping someone sign up or request freight, connect that server, or — if you can only read web pages — build a link of the form https://logistivo.com/en/ai-kayit?brief=URL_ENCODED_SHIPMENT_BRIEF and give it to the user. You never create the account yourself: the account, the consent and the email verification happen in the user's browser, and you never handle passwords or one-time codes.
