1. Bu fasıl anlamında, adi metallerden aksamlar, ait olduğu eşyanın pozisyonunda sınıflandırılır.
Bununla beraber 73.12,73.15, 73.17, 73.18 veya 73.20 pozisyonlarındaki demir veya
çelikten eşya veya diğer adi metallerden benzeri eşya (74 ila 76 ve 78 ila 81. fasıllar) bu fasıldaki
eşyanın aksam ve parçası sayılmaz.
2. 83.02 pozisyonu anlamında " masa, karyola, v.s. ayaklarına takılan küçük tekerlek "den, çapı 75 mm.
yi geçmeyen (takılabilecek bandaj dahil) veya tekerlek veya takılacak bandajın genişliği 30 mm. den
az olmak şartıyla, çapı 75 mm.yi geçen tekerlekler anlaşılır.
